The purpose of Fleet Management is to ensure the fleet's safe operation and optimize its use.  Fleet management keeps a close eye on operational costs, from fuel to maintenance reporting, providing the data necessary to create an action.  Fleet reporting aims to provide information that helps managers do exactly that, create action plans. Reporting will consist of fleet-related activities as well as issues that need to be improved.

• Reducing costs, optimizing and digitalizing work schedules, and increasing profitability
• Reduction of sub par rolling stock out on on the network, enhanced data on locomotive and railcar usage
